Abstract
Lentinus lepideus, when grown on Scots pine sapwood, gives rise to volatile metabolic products. Amongst these methyl [image]-methoxycinnamate, methyl oinnamate and an ester of anisic acid (probably the methyl ester) have been detected. These products are absent from uninfected wood. Methyl-[image]-methoxycin-namate has been identified among the products obtained by growth of L. lepideus on a malt-agar medium. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
