Abstract
Alkaloids obtained from C. ophiocarpa Hook. et Thoms. were isolated with droplet countercurrent chromatography. They were identified as .alpha.-allocryptopine, protopine, noroxyhydrastinine, ophiocarpine, l-canadine, l-stylopine, l-isocorypalmine, l-cheilanthifoline, sanguinarine, corypalline, berberine chloride , coptisine chloride, dehydrocheilanthifoline chloride, dehydrocorypalline chloride and choline chloride.Keywords
