Abstract
The rationale of the measurement of error is discussed. A new method for the estimation of the measurement of error is introduced and the calculational procedures explained with an example from psychophysiological research. This paper also includes tables for the maximum error associated with 50%, 95%, 99%, and 99.9% of the points under different conditions. Keywords
