Critical Asymmetry in Local Fluctuations in SrTiO3forTTc

Abstract
A critical asymmetry in local fluctuations of the rotational parameter ϕ in SrTiO3 for T<Tc and ϕ0 is observed directly by the asymmetry as of the paramagnetic resonance lines of Fe3+VO pair centers. The parameter as increases in a critical manner for TTc. It is postulated that such an asymmetry is a general property of second-order phase transitions.
