Abstract
A critical asymmetry in local fluctuations of the rotational parameter in SrTi for and is observed directly by the asymmetry of the paramagnetic resonance lines of pair centers. The parameter increases in a critical manner for . It is postulated that such an asymmetry is a general property of second-order phase transitions.
