Abstract
A 15-kg weight gain developed in a patient during the 3rd wk of ibuprofen therapy. The edema disappeared with discontinuation of the drug regimen and did not reappear during a subsequent 6-mo. observation period. Ibuprofen may be associated with salt and water retention in the same fashion as previously described with phenylbutazone and indomethacin. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
