Abstract
In an investigation of the ultrastructural anomalies of an EMS-induced chloroplast mutant of Mimulus cardinalis, it was found that three stages of chloroplast degeneration (so-called photobleaching) may be recognised. These stages corrospond well with Knoth's model for plastid destruction in plastome mutants deficient in photosystem I.This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
