Variations of Plasmatic Enzymes during Exercise

Abstract
The authors have gathered from literature the variations of plasmatic enzymes during exercise in man. A vigorous program of prolonged exercise manifests itself by an increase in plasma enzymatic activities. However, many problems and questions arise from the considerable differences found in the literature. The authors try to answer these questions : where does the increase of plasma enzymatic activity originate from? Do the amounts of enzymes really increase? Do released enzymes always originate from muscles? Why do we observe such important variations? Why and how are enzymes released during physical exercise?
