Treatment of Chondromalacia Patellae by Transposition of the Tibial Tubercle

Abstract
The first 20 patients treated by transposition of the tibial tubercle for chondromalacia of the patella are reported. The patients, usually adolescent girls, had failed to respond to conservative measures. Seventeen patients benefited from the operation and three did not.Keywords
