Abstract
Diffusion coefficients in the ternary system α‐cyclodextrin (at one concentration)‐(DL)norleucine (at three concentrations)‐water have been measured using the Gouy interferometric technique. — The effect of the inclusion equilibrium on the cross‐term diffusion coefficients was observed. — The measured diffusion coefficients in the ternary systems were used to calculate values of the binding constant. These values are in good agreement with that obtained from calorimetric studies. Keywords
