Abstract
Discusses how the cluster size distribution above the percolation threshold is related to the existence of metastable states of the Potts model. The authors thus find that the average number of clusters per site containing n sites is given by C(n) approximately n- theta ' exp(-constant n1-1/d), where d is the dimensionality of the lattice. The exponent theta ' is given for a range of values of d.Keywords
