Abstract
C14-protein synthesis was measured in bean leaf disks in an experiment so designed as to reveal any net change in protein level during a prior 7-day incubation with continuous illumination. Under these conditions the turnover rate of protein-bound glycine and serine lay between 0.7 to 1.1%/hour.This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
