Abstract
The distribution of succinic dehydrogenase in the testis of the adult albino rat was studied by means of differential centrifugation in 0.25 [image] sucrose soln. The highest specific activity was found in a granular fraction, and preliminary evidence is presented to indicate that hyaluronidase activity is also associated with this fraction. Keywords
