Abstract
To obtain a true plasma clearance curve for hippuran using a .gamma. camera, it is necessary to subtract a background contribution from the cardiac curve. This was useful when applied to renogram deconvolution. The principle of the technique could be applied to obtain human blood clearance curves of other labeled substances. This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
