Abstract
The authors present a first-order perturbation analysis of the Tufts-Kumaresan (TK) (1980) method used to estimate frequencies of complex sinusoids in small additive noise. Several fundamental properties are presented and proved. Further illustrations are provided through numerical examples.<>Keywords
