Abstract
To the people's government of every province, municipality, and autonomous region, to every State Council ministry and commission and associated organizations, and to every general military region and provincial military area: The State Council and the Central Military Commission approves the "Report on Strengthening Management of Imported Materials from Overseas Chinese, Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan Compatriots and Attacking Smuggling, Speculation, and Profiteering Activities" by the General Administration for Industry and Commerce, the People's Bank of China, the Ministry of Commerce, the Bank of China, and the Central Customs Office. We are now issuing this to you and hope that you will resolutely implement it.
