Abstract
Poly‐N‐methyliminotetrafluoro‐1,4‐phenylene has been prepared. The polymer was insoluble in organic solvents, but dissolved in concentrated H2SO4. It started to melt at approximately 360°C with decomposition. The structure of the polymer is discussed on the basis of synthesized oligomers. Keywords
