Abstract
We describe the radiologic investigation of two patients with primary left atrial myxoma who presented with embolic manifestations in the brain. MRI and CT showed multiple infarcts, while the cardiac atrial mass was demonstrated in one of the patients by MRI and in both by echocardiography. Keywords
