Abstract
Household registration is an important system in the state's administrative management and is one of the innumerable tools of the ruling classes in the management of the state. The household registration system gradually formed alongside the emergence of the state. The ruling classes utilized the household register for their own class interests and spared no effort in strengthening and completing the work of household registration and household investigation. Its use was increasingly noticeable in politics, economics, and cultural life.
