Aneurysm of Sinus of Valsalva with Coronary Atherosclerosis

Abstract
A case of acquired aneurysm of the sinus of Valsalva, associated with severe coronary atherosclerosis and successfully treated surgically, is reported. Unusual features of the case are the presenting symptom (angina pectoris) and the cause of the aneurysm (severe coronary atherosclerosis).
