Abstract
Symptoms of action (intention) myoclonus in an 82-year-old male were successfully treated by hypnosis. The procedure, lasting a total of 2½ hours, is described. The patient used audiotaped inductions each morning to control his tremors. This case suggests that hypnosis is a viable treatment modality of the debilitating side effects of this disorder. This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
