Abstract
Preview Asthma is usually suspected when a patient presents with wheezing and dyspnea. However, respiratory symptoms may have several possible causes that need to be considered. In this article, the authors describe a case in which the patient's history and results of clinical testing led to the diagnosis of vocal cord dysfunction. Keywords
