Abstract
Radiolarian strewn slides made with Canada balsam tend to deteriorate with age and improoper storage. Restoration of valualbe slides is a problem because of the risk of damaging or losing type specimens during conventional remelting of the Canada balsam. Slides can be restored safely to a usable state using microwaves as a source of heat. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
