Abstract
The author analyzes the meaning of the metaphor, and especially some metaphorical objects, in the transactions between the therapist and the family or among the family members. He describes the use of the metaphor and explains his aims and the action mechanism by which he proposes to reach them. Analogies with hypnotic techniques are presented. Keywords
