Abstract
In 3 of 5 strains of A. terreus from different sources, grown on Czapek-Dox glucose medium, the only metabolic products identified were oxalic acid, succinic acid or both; 2 strains gave terrein, C8H10O3, 1 strain gave appreciable quantities of citrinin, the crystalline yellow coloring matter formed by Penicillium citrinum.This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
