Abstract
A necessary and sufficient stability criterion is proved for multivariable systems in the presence of element-by-element bounded perturbations. The result constitutes a solution to the problem of computing the mu function for this class of perturbations, and the paper also provides an explicit approximation to the exact criterionKeywords
