Abstract
Amorphous GdCo films with strong perpendicular magnetic anisotropy were vacuum deposited by thermal evaporation of the constituents in an oxygen atmosphere of at least 3×10−8 Torr. In this paper the fabrication technique and the magnetic properties of the resulting GdCo films will be reported. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
