Abstract
Low-field magnetic resonance has been investigated for linearly and circularly polarized radio-frequency radiation for both the saturated and unsaturated case using modified Bloch equations for both. For the circularly polarized case, a quantum-mechanical solution is presented. Experimental verification for the linearly polarized case has been obtained. Keywords
