Abstract
Two cases of epignathus are presented. The classification and clinical and radiological diagnoses are reviewed. Epignathi are rare embryological tumors, but with better preoperative assessment and awareness, safe surgical excision can be carried out. A careful long-term follow-up with regular examinations is essential to detect any residual lesions or extensions of the original embryological malformation. Keywords
