Abstract
Progesterone-4-C14 was incubated with minced placenta for 3.5 hours in Krebs-Ringer phosphate buffer (pH 7.4). By chromatography and isotopic dilution, 6-beta-hydroxyprogester-one was isolated and identified. The amount of conversion was 11%.Keywords
