Abstract
Experiments were conducted to study the behavior of a two-dimensional liquid-solid fluidized bed containing small particles. A photographic method was used in these experiments. The bed characteristics studied included the following: voidage distribution; voidage fluctuation: liquid void distribution; and particle velocity distribution. Keywords
