Abstract
Ileal loop urinary diversion requires long-term follow-up. A case of an ileal conduit volvulus with a retroperitoneal urinoma 14 yr after the initial procedure was reported. A brief discussion of long- and short-term complications of ileal loops was presented. [The child was 5 mo. old at the time of the diversion.].This publication has 10 references indexed in Scilit:
