Abstract
Sarcoidosis is a multisystem disease, manifesting with cutaneous involvement in approximately 25% of patients.1 Lesions present in a wide variety of forms, including lupus pernio, violaceous papules and plaques, subcutaneous nodules, alopecia, ichthyosis, or verrucous growths. We describe a woman with cutaneous sarcoidosis refractory to treatment with multiple systemic agents who improved dramatically with infliximab therapy.Keywords
