Abstract
A murine lymphoblast, L-5178Y, grown in tissue culture, was used as a source of histocompatibility antigens. A lipoprotein fraction was isolated which will sensitize mice to show an accelerated rejection of skin homografts and tumor grafts, will elicit and combine with specific hemagglutinins, and will combine with specific cytotoxins. The fraction is homogeneous with respect to density. Most of the detectable antigenic activity extrac-table from the cells is in this fraction. This publication has 11 references indexed in Scilit:
