Abstract
Primary intracranial tumors of mesenchymal origin are rare. The light microscopic and ultrastructural [EM] features of a leiomyosarcoma localized to the sellar and suprasellar region in a 35-yr-old man is described. The probable origin of this tumor from blood vessels is discussed. This publication has 13 references indexed in Scilit:
