Abstract
A 54 year old man was found to have a simple ureterocele with a dilated ureter. Ultrasonography demonstrated the ureterocele as an echo-free structure at the base of the bladder without involvement of the bladder wall. The course of the dilated ureter and its entrance into the bladder were clearly defined. Keywords
