Analysis of Proton-Proton Scattering Data at 300 Mev

Abstract
An analysis of proton-proton scattering experiments is described and some results for 300 Mev are presented. Phase shifts for states with are included, and effects of states of higher angular momentum are discussed. The importance of including Coulomb interference effects is brought out.
