Abstract
The successful construction of a hybrid plasmid DNA containing a human fibroblast interferon gene sequence and plasmid vector pBR322, and the transformation of Escherichia coli .chi. 1776 by this hybrid plasmid are reported.This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
