Cooperative learning can be an effective way to teach Comparative Politics. This essay summarizes the fundamental attributes of this version of for an audience of Political Science faculty who may be unfamiliar with this specific strategy, although some may have an idea about what group work entails and may have even tried it or are interested in doing so. My own method of using small groups to Comparative Politics is described, entailing an account of my variation on the approach.” This essay also elucidates several issues that faculty should consider when planning to implement cooperative learning in their own courses.
