Abstract
Sixty patients underwent surgery for correction of an terolateral rotatory instability using an extraarticular approach. Forty procedures were performed utilizing Hughston's technique which is outlined. This approach is shown to provide effective control of pivot shift and anterolateral rotatory laxity.Keywords
