Abstract
✓ A rare case of leiomyosarcoma arising from the dura mater is presented. A definite histological diagnosis was based on the electron microscopic features. Extensive removal of the tumor and postoperative radiation therapy resulted in complete remission. The etiology and the origin of this tumor are discussed. Keywords
