Abstract
A state at 801±2 keV in was observed by the () reaction on . This was established from the neutron time-of-flight spectra as well as from the -ray spectra following the neutron emission. The incident proton energies ranged from 4.2 to 5.35 MeV. The angular distribution of neutrons and the preferential decay of this state to the spin-parity state at 535 keV show that the spin is or , and most probably .
