Abstract
A simple method has been developed for measuring creatinine in serum and urine. Small, fast-flowing cation-exchange columns are used to separate creatinine from interfering substances. The creatinine is eluted and determined with the Jaffe reaction. The results agree well with those for the procedure in which Lloyd's reagent is used. Keywords
