Abstract
A Yugoslav family with 1 female and 3 male children with Robert''s syndrome (RS) is described. Apparently there is no other family with 4 siblings presenting this genopathy. Most of the symptoms of the 4th sibling were identical to those found in the SC [pseudothalidomide] syndrome, suggesting the same genetic origin. The same chromosomal changes which were discovered in the 3rd sibling were also found in the 4th sibling. These chromosomal abnormalities could prove useful for antenatal diagnosis. Keywords
