Comparison of Dose Effect of Sheep Red Cells on Antibody Response in Two Lines of Chickens

Abstract

Various doses of sheep red blood cells were inoculated i.v. into 2 stocks of chickens. The highest titers resulted from the injection of 5 or 50% cells. It was easier to separate the titers of 2 stocks of chickens with 0.5 and 0.05% cells.
