Abstract
The 2D ANNNI model is studied using a new iterative method, the method of ring recurrence. The authors show that the method produces an iterative scheme which enables the phase diagram and behaviour of the wavevector to be obtained using low-order matrices, with minimal computational effort. They find a one-dimensional attractor associated with the incommensurate phase. Keywords
