Abstract
Beta-estradiol-3-benzoate provoked an initial centrifugal membrane shift in rat parathyroid cells and, later, enlargement of the compartments concerned with parathyroid hormone secretion, which suggests that estradiol modulates not only transport and release of parathyroid hormone but also the capacity for its synthesis, packaging and storage. This publication has 19 references indexed in Scilit:
