Abstract
It was stated that the ordering of the complex of respiratory processes is dependent upon enzyme and inter-enzyme structural orientation. This in turn is influenced by the substrates upon which the enzymes act. Enzyme adaptations found among bacteria disappear when the particular substrates are removed or altered. The importance of developing new techniques for studying cellular enzyme action is emphasized. This publication has 12 references indexed in Scilit:
