Abstract
Ultrasonically guided fine needle aspiration was carried out in 23 hepatic tumors. Malignant neoplasm was found in 14 of 15 cases and a benign process was diagnosed in 3. No false-positive diagnosis of neoplasm was made. A single complication of clinically insignificant pneumothorax was encountered. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
