Abstract
Two cases of stenosing lesions of the splenic flexure of the colon secondary to pancreatitis are presented, bringing to 12 the total number thus far reported. One case of chronic obstruction required resection, whereas the other, associated with an initial acute pancreatitis, completely cleared symptomatically and radiologically on conservative management. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
