Abstract
Electrophoretic analysis of the serum of 5 related patients with familial primary systemic amyloidosis has shown the presence of an atypical protein peak between the alpha2 and beta globulin fractions. Significant quantitative abnormalities in the various protein fractions could not be demonstrated. Keywords
